As well as enabling our customers to fulfil their
corporate responsibility targets, we're always looking at ways to
refine our own processes to incorporate the latest carbon reduction
and recycled packaging technologies.
Our current eco-friendly initiatives include:
- Investment in a regenerative heat recovery (RTO) system to
reduce emissions created during the printing process by 99%
- Sophisticated logistics with fuel efficient delivery routes to
limit unnecessary miles
- A recycling collection service for polythene scrap
- In-house recycling of production scrap (closed
loop recycling)
- We only use recycled polythene packaging used to pack products
for delivery
- State of the art ink dispensing technologies to minimise
waste.
