Our extrusion department has the capabilities to produce a range
of width's, thicknesses and polythene colours to create the most
suitable film for your bespoke packaging products. Our industry
expertise has enabled us to develop outstanding polythene blends
that offer impressive strength even at lower micron products. Duo's
in house closed loop recycling system returns
waste polythene back into its raw pellet form which can be fed
directly back into the extrusion process enabling Duo to offer
packaging products with recycled content.
If printed packaging is the answer, the Duo
print department has the facilities to print just one or up to
eight colours on your polythene film both in and out of line.
If you require branded packaging, to ensure your
corporate identity is consistent, we have colour matching ink
facilities to match to your exact pantones.
The Duo conversion department offers a range of different
products with a variety of functions including perforated film on a
reel, self seal single and twin glue strips, punch out handles,
side and bottom gussets. Also, to help optimize packaging speed and
efficiency we offer a range of product packing methods to suit your
in house storage requirements.
